Dr. Arlene Perry-Wright was born in Port of Spain Trinidad and Tobago and migrated to New York City at age 11. She attended Hampshire College in Amherst, MA where she received her BA degree. She obtained her Dental Degree from Temple University School of Dentistry. She then furthered her education by completing a 2 year General Dentistry Residency at The Catholic Medical Center of Brooklyn and Queens campus for the Albert Einstein College of Medicine Yeshiva University in New York City.
Married to her Marine husband, Dr. Perry-Wright has travelled and worked at various facilities in the USA, including The Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island and the Battered Women Shelter in Brooklyn, NY. In addition to working in private practices, she also worked as a civilian
dentist in collaboration with border patrol helping to identify ages of illegal drug smuggler flying into tour NYC airports.
When her husband decided to retire after 22 years of service, her family relocated to Dumfries, VA, still being close to their Marine Family. Dr. Perry- Wright purchased her practice in Fredericksburg in 2010 and enjoys her new extended family of patients. Dr. Perry-Wright enjoys travelling and spending time with her two daughters and her Husband, Vincent.
It's her mission to be a competent, knowledgeable dentist who provides compassionate, pain free care. She is dedicated to learning and sharing that knowledge with patients whom she treats like family and listens very carefully to all their needs.
